Welcome to the ‘Best Guest’ rewards scheme for regular guests!
We strive to reward our regular guests and have developed a special ‘Best Guest’ programme to show that we value your commitment. Already after your 5 th visit to the London Hotel you can start reaping the benefits of our Best Guest Programme [1] . The scheme works the following way:
- The ‘Silver’ membership is available after your 5 th stay with us during one calendar year (a period from the 1 st of January till the 31 st of December). We currently offer a 5% discount on any type of accommodation offered by the London Hotel. We also extend the 5% discount to any additional rooms booked by you provided you make the reservations in advance and stay in London Hotel for the same duration as your guests. We will also inform you about our future offers and news so that you can make the most of your membership with us.
- The ‘Gold’ membership is available after your 10 th stay (details are as above). We currently offer a 10% discount on any type of accommodation offered by the London Hotel. We also extend the 10% discount to any additional rooms booked by you provided you make the reservations in advance and stay in London Hotel for the same duration as your guests. An option of a free ‘late check-out’ (2 p.m. at the latest) may [2] be available upon your request. We will also inform you about our future offers and news.
- The ‘Platinum’ membership is available after your 15 th stay with us. We will reward you as our truly valued member with the following privileges: 15% discount for you and 10% discount for your guests (details are as above); 10% discount on anything you purchase in our ‘Glasgow Bar’ and ‘London Restaurant’; an option of a free ‘late check-out’ (6 p.m. at the latest) which is subject to room availability; and our news updates.
[1] This is subject to you requesting and filling in a Regular Guest Application Form which can be obtained at the reception.
[2] Please note that this option is strictly subject to room availability and does not apply to any additional rooms you book for your guests. To avoid any inconvenience we therefore ask you to request a ‘late check-out’ option as early as possible.
